I found this on a friend's blog (thanks, Flo!). It is a "how to" video showing how one can juice without actually buying a juicer. It's a great idea for someone who wants to try it out before purchasing a juicer, or if one doesn't want to pay the price of an expensive juicer (there are cheap juices on the market, but they break easily or simply don't "juice" well). Anyway, I thought I'd post it here as I have a couple of friends who have been sitting on the fence, partly because juicers are pricey. Hope this video helps!

How to Juice Without a Juicer

Thanks for the video! I still don't understand why you would strain these juices... Anyway I have an industrial blender from the restaurant so I may try this!
